With a unique blend of holistic wellness, beauty, lifestyle, and manifestation, this space exists to help you feel fully seen, confident, and aligned with your highest self — because we believe how you feel on the inside shapes how you show up in the world!
Through relatable, magazine-inspired content and exclusive VIP transformative experiences designed for those ready to dive deeper, my intention is to guide you to live beautifully and authentically from the inside out.
Rooted in Wellness
Heather was honored to be featured in Yoga Journal Magazine as one of the “Top 16 Yogis You Should Know” recognizing her unique, grounded approach to guide people to feel empowered, connected, and confident — both on and off the mat.
She is a certified yoga teacher and holistic wellness coach with a deep foundation in chakra balance, inner alignment, and mindful manifestation.
Her approach is rooted in nutrition, anatomy, hatha yoga, vinyasa flow, Iyengar yoga, chakra balance, essential oil education, crystal therapy, positive affirmations, and manifestation meditation practices — shaped by years of working with clients, continuing education, and inspired by life-altering experiences that deepened her spiritual path.
Heather believes manifestation isn’t just “woo woo” magic — it’s the intersection of spiritual connection, aligned action, and quantum physics, supported by both ancient wisdom and modern science. This philosophy is woven throughout her work, from vision boards and mindfulness to guiding people to connect with the highest version of themselves by breaking old patterns in order to create lasting change.
Trailblazer in Beauty
In addition to wellness, Heather is a professional makeup artist with modeling experience — who has worked prominent, VIP-attended events during defining moments in the beauty industry.
While working for bareMinerals — one of the original pioneers in clean beauty — Heather served as a Lead Business Manager overseeing multiple top-volume locations inside Nordstrom.
Under her leadership, one location became the #1 bareMinerals counter in the country, setting company-wide sales records — including a record-breaking #1 Nordstrom cosmetics event in the history of both Nordstrom and bareMinerals at the time, attended by bareMinerals creator and former CEO Leslie Blodgett.
Heather’s beauty experience extends beyond retail. She has worked as a professional makeup artist and promotional model at high-profile, celebrity-attended events such as the Sundance Film Festival, and has walked runway in Los Angeles at an Aveda — another respected pioneer in clean beauty — fashion show showcasing Hair Stylist of the Year winner and now-celebrity stylist Preston Wada.
These experiences reflected the evolving influence of clean beauty, media, and influencer culture within the modern beauty landscape.
Her experiences ignited a deeper calling: to redefine beauty beyond the surface — guiding people to look their best on the outside, while feeling confident within.

What makes trubeauty unique is the rare intersection of inner wellness, clean and med-spa beauty, and editorial storytelling.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, graduating with honors, and a background in journalism, magazine writing, and marketing, Heather brings a thoughtful, curated lens to every piece of content she creates.
This is why the trubeauty blog reads less like random posts and more like a digital magazine — intentional, inspiring, and designed to support real life.

Giving back is a core part of the trubeauty mission.
Heather and the trubeauty Movement proudly support Girls Inc. after school programs, contributing both time and funds to help empower the next generation.
Girls Inc. is dedicated to “inspiring girls to be strong, smart, and bold.” Heather has volunteered with Girls Inc. teaching practices such as how to create a vision board, the power of gratitude, self confidence through self expression, and yoga for self empowerment — inspiring girls to see what’s possible for their future, no matter where they’re starting from.
